Rates – subject to availability and seasonal variations.

Double / Twin Rooms	from  £60 to £160
Room only basis	from  £50 to £145
Triple Rooms	from  £90 to  £165
Room only basis	from  £79 to £145
Single Occupancy	from  £50 to £120
Room only basis	from  £35 to £95

The above rates are quoted in UK pounds sterling and are per room per night, including continental style breakfast and VAT. The rates shown reflect seasonal variations and are subject to availability. At certain times of year we may be able to offer special deals on midweek breaks and stays lasting several days – see our latest offers for details.

Minimum stay

At busy times of the year and almost always at weekends, we have a minimum stay policy. This will vary from 2 nights at the weekend (3 at Bank Holidays) and up to 7 days during conference periods and the busy summer months.

Arrival and departure

Our check in times are 11.30am to 8.00pm, apart from Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays when check in is 11.30am to 2.00pm. When booking please confirm your estimated time of arrival. All arrivals outside normal check in times must be notified to us by telephone at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Please note that late arrival without notice may be considered as a 'no show' and cancellation charges may apply at the discretion of the management.
Although the normal check in time is after 11.30am we will be happy to look after your luggage until your room becomes available,

Breakfast

Our famous breakfast, freshly made to order, is served in our dining room between the following times: Monday–Friday 7.45–9.00am Saturday 9.00–10.00am Sunday and UK bank holidays 9.30–10.30am

Reservation policy

Once we have accepted your reservation, we require a valid credit card number (together with expiry date, name as it appears on the card and billing address) to guarantee your booking against cancellation.
PLEASE NOTE that the first night room rate of your booking will be charged to the card details provided.

Cancellation or amendment

If you have to cancel or amend your reservation once confirmed, then a cancellation charge will apply as follows:

• From the time of making your booking we will apply a cancellation or amendment fee of £25 for administration purposes.
• Between 10 and 2 days prior to arrival a charge of 100% of the first night room rate will apply.
• Within 48 hours of arrival the full amount for the full duration booked will be charged. Durations reduced during your stay will be billed at the full rate unless the room can be re-sold without loss.

We strongly advise that suitable travel insurance is purchased to cover these cancellation/amendment charges.

Smoking / Lost keys / Wear & tear

We are strictly a no smoking establishment – smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises

On booking you accept full responsibility for all persons in your party. Any damage caused by smoking or any other means, other than general wear and tear will be billed against the credit/debit card details provided at the time of booking, there is a minimum charge of £100. Keys lost or not returned on departure will be charged at £50 per set.

Please note that at busy times of the year and occasionally at weekends, we reserve the right to change these rates and policies without notice.
